About Hackathon
Agentic commerce. Realistic workflows. Deterministic scoring.
Join the upcoming BitGn Agent Challenge: E-commerce on May 30, 2026. The official competition runs on the BitGn platform. HackLab will run a Yerevan community hub and preparation program for local participants and remote builders from our community. This is local hosting support, not a formal partnership announcement with BitGn.
What is the E-commerce Challenge?
The official BitGn E-commerce challenge is a benchmark for agentic commerce. Instead of stopping at product search, agents operate inside a simulated digital company and handle the full customer journey: product discovery, cart and checkout, payment failures, fraud boundaries, merchant operations, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and customer support.
The benchmark is built around operational realism. Agents work with tools, policies, company state, warehouse records, customer files, and deterministic commerce events. Strong submissions will need safe tool use, state tracking, transaction reasoning, policy compliance, and resistance to manipulation.

Choose the participation path that fits you:
- Remote Participation: Builders can follow the official challenge online through BitGn.
- Yerevan Hub: HackLab will host local participants, share preparation sessions, and help teams understand what to expect from the BitGn platform and deterministic agent evaluation.
Preparation Sessions
We will run webinar and e-learning sessions before the competition:
- Mid-May webinar/e-learning: Introduction to the BitGn platform, how agents connect to the challenge environment, and what commerce tasks will look like.
- Final briefing a few days before May 30: Practical expectations, lessons from the previous BitGn PAC experience, and last preparation notes for participants.
Exact dates and joining links will be announced soon.
